Phasio drafts the routesheet from jobs you've already run. Your planner checks it, changes what needs changing, and releases it.

- Routings drafted from past jobs. Phasio learns your shop floor and produces draft routesheets based on previous runs and compliance requirements.

BACK OFFICE
Integrated with the rest of your software.
Phasio connects directly to the back-office tools you already use. Invoices sync to your accounting system, shipping labels print through your carrier, and VAT and sales tax are calculated for you. Nobody re-keys orders into three systems at month-end.
- Connects to your accounting system and ERP. QuickBooks, Zoho and SAP connect as standard, and we connect less common ERPs too.
- Card, ACH, wire or purchase order. Take payment by wire, card, ACH or online via Stripe, with terms set per customer.
- An open API for your in-house tools. Phasio has an open REST API and webhooks for the custom tools in your shop.
PART HISTORY
Spot a part you've made before.
Before a quote goes out, Phasio analyses the geometry and how it compares to others you've already made. The system learns from parts you've made over time.
- Geometry analysis you can trust. The CAD engine checks wall thickness, overhangs, undercuts, pockets and thin features for manufacturing issues.
- Historical part recognition. Phasio recognises when you've made a part before and will flag potential issues, like scrap risk or historical under-quoting.
- Visual part matching. Photograph a part on the shop floor and Phasio finds its CAD counterpart in your library; useful for re-orders, inspection, and returns.
- Your CAD files stay private. Phasio's AI models run on our own infrastructure, and your CAD files never leave our network.

Every shop gets a storefront that carries its own brand, domain, pricing, and language. Customers upload parts, get a quote, pay with card, PO, or invoice terms, and track the job without ever seeing Phasio.
