PILLAR 05 – BRANDED STOREFRONTS

A buying experience your customers recognise as yours.

Every shop gets a storefront that carries its own brand, domain, pricing, and language. Customers upload parts, get a quote, pay with card, PO, or invoice terms, and track the job without ever seeing Phasio.

WHY IT MATTERS

Your customers are buying from you, not from a vendor.

A storefront with someone else's brand on it tells your customers their relationship is with the vendor – not with your shop. Phasio storefronts put your shop in front, every time.

WHITE LABEL

White-labelled, not co-branded.

Your logo, your domain, your colours. No "Powered by" stripe. The customer-facing experience is your shop's, top to bottom.

  • Custom domain on day one. Host your portal at parts.yourshop.com, quote.yourshop.com – whatever you choose.
  • Your support, not ours. Customer questions land in your inbox. Phasio support stays in the background where it belongs.

SELF-SERVICE

Self-service that isn't self-serve-only.

Customers quote themselves when it's faster; your team steps in when it's not. A storefront should remove friction for the simple jobs and route the complex ones to a human – not force everything down one channel.

  • Auto-quote where it makes sense. Standard parts in standard materials get an instant quote. Customers checkout in minutes.
  • Routed to humans when it doesn't. Parts outside the auto-quote envelope route to your sales team with full geometry context.
  • 3D part conversations. Comment on a feature, annotate a face, tag a colleague – directly on the part, not in an email thread.

B2B PAYMENTS

B2B payment terms that actually work.

Offer online Stripe payments, custom invoice terms, purchase orders, and payment plans for long-lead jobs. The customer picks what works for their procurement process – your team picks what they will accept.

  • Card and ACH at checkout. For customers who want speed. Funds settle to your account on your Stripe schedule.
  • Net terms for known customers. Configure terms per customer: Net 15, Net 30, Net 60. Credit limits enforced automatically.
  • Deposits and milestone billing. Long-lead jobs can take a deposit at quote acceptance and the balance on ship – or any split you define.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Common questions

Can customers pay online?

Yes. Online card and ACH payments through Stripe at the press of a button. Customers with negotiated terms can also place a purchase order or use net-terms invoicing.

Does it work for repeat customers with their own pricing?

Yes. Logged-in customers see their negotiated rates, terms, and historical parts. New visitors see your public pricing or are routed to a quote-on-request flow – whichever you configure.

Can my team intervene on customer quotes?

Always. Self-service is a default, not a wall. When a customer's part falls outside the auto-quote envelope – complex tolerances, unusual material – your team sees it, talks to the customer, and quotes manually.

What if a customer uploads something sensitive?

Customer uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest, scoped to that customer's account, and never appear in another customer's library.

Does the storefront work on mobile?

Yes. The 3D viewer, upload, quote and checkout flows all work on phones and tablets. Roughly a third of customer-side traffic happens on mobile.
